BCUE Hosted a Series of Free Events in Switzerland

From June 1 to June 4, 2022, the Business Club of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (BCUE) successfully organized a series of free events across four major cities in Switzerland: Zurich, Basel, Bern, and Geneva. Over 500 participants attended these meetings, which provided a vital platform for Ukrainian entrepreneurs looking to adapt their businesses to the new environment in Switzerland.

The events focused on the fundamentals of running and relocating a business from Ukraine to Switzerland. Our experts shared valuable insights and experience on critical topics for entrepreneurs adjusting to a new country. Key areas discussed included:

  • Business Registration in Switzerland: How to correctly register a company, choose the right legal structure, and understand Swiss regulations and requirements.
  • Taxation and Funding: An overview of Switzerland’s tax system, as well as funding opportunities for startups and small businesses.
  • Business Adaptation: Practical advice on how to successfully relocate a business from Ukraine to Switzerland, considering cultural and economic differences.

During the events, participants had the opportunity to ask questions, share their experiences, and receive practical advice on growing their businesses in times of crisis. The meetings also served as an excellent opportunity to expand networks and find new partners and investors.

BCUE remains committed to supporting Ukrainian entrepreneurs, helping them adapt and grow their businesses in Switzerland. We plan to host more events like these in the future, as our goal is to help Ukrainian entrepreneurs successfully restore and expand their businesses even during challenging times.
